PHOTO DAY 14: Swarm

Brief:  Show us something that overruns your scene, but observe and compose carefully before you click the shutter.

There is no way I want a swarm of any kind in my garden and work hard to avoid pestilence and infestation, but luckily the brief can be loosely interpreted and I have a ‘swarm’ of lavender heads blowing about on the breeze.  Now this is probably the most pleasant swarm I’ll ever encounter.

      1. I have to agree. I don’t want them in “swarms” either but I like having plenty around. Too bad your hubby won’t let you have a hive. The honey would be great!

    1. HI Terri. I love my lavender. I grew it from seed a few years ago and now it is starting fill out nicely. I think next year it will be even better and it smells amazing!
      Cheers Sarah : o )
