Decide what you want to grow and gather the seeds and supplies.
Find out everything you can about the plants you want to go.
Make a garden map to space out a planting plan so everything has the space they need
Begin preparing the garden by removing weeds and adding compost, well rotted manure and / or slow release fertilisers so the micro communities can process them in time for planting in the spring.
Don’t be tempted to start sowing summer seeds yet – it is too soon and nothing good will come from trying to get a jump on the season. Nature has her own sense of timing and plants planted at the right time will soon catch up! : o)
